My truck was loaded on a Tuesday morning. I was told it would be delivered the next day, Wednesday, and that the driver had one more stop in Illinois before coming to me. When the truck didn't arrive, I was told it would arrive the next day, Thursday. When it didn't arrive that Thursday, I was told it would be there Friday morning. Friday morning, the driver told me they were leaving Oklahoma headed to MS. At this point, I called the dealership to complain about the experience. I was passed to a Greg Runde, who "really wished there was something the dealership could do, but that it was out of their hands. Also, four days seems fair for transporting a vehicle." I told him that his dealership had told me the truck would be here the next day.
Was quoted a transporting price of $650, but after signing paperwork was told the price would be $1200 to transport. After a week of going back and forth on the transportation price, we threatened to walk away from the deal. Finally, Runde Chevrolet agreed to cover the quoted difference in cost for transportation.
Runde Chevrolet is the best dealership hands down. The people are all well trained in their duties allowing everything to go smoothly and well informed of their product. They also have the best hats, shirts and calendars out of any dealership I've ever seen. Anyone who wants a Chevy knows to go to Runde Auto Group as they are the best Chevy dealership in the country and possibly even the world.
