I have had Don do maintenance on my vehicles since he opened the business. He is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and does excellent work. His facility is absolutely immaculate - sparkling clean! He always calls me if a vehicle needs additional work. He will tell me if it should be done immediately or if it can wait until a later time. He always shows me the parts he removed and explains why they had to be replaced. He always checks my vehicles over...not to make an extra buck, but to make sure they are safe to drive. I highly recommend Slaats Auto Repair in East Dubuque. I've tried them all; he is the best.

He is very professional, he is very quick to work on our cars. he always knows what's wrong with the car and fixes it perfectly. His prices are very reasonable and is a very nice and honest man. I recommend highly to anybody with issues with their car. Slacks repair is the best place in the tristate. We have recommend him too many of our family and friends. And people have gone back to him repeatedly. Whether it's windshield wipers or transition or rotors and brakes don is excellent.
