Great place just over the bridge in East Dubuque. Lots of beer, wine and liquor packed in to this small store. Also great deals on cheese.
Just got back from this place for the first time and I'm absolutely in love with it. Very VERY large selection of just about everything imaginable. I bought quite a few items and there was an Employee that carried a bunch of stuff out to my car for me! Definitely will be getting further business from me.
I've shopped at Van's for years. Great selection, decent prices, and friendly staff. Keep an eye out for sample days. You can find things you normally might miss.
The huge selection and prices are amazing. I bought a 1.75 liter bottle of Captain Morgan Black Spiced Rum for about 20 bucks. That's 15 to 20 bucks cheaper than it is back home. This is a popular place obviously. If you are going to shop here you are going to need a designated driver to help you haul all the stuff you buy out to your car.
