I will never stay here again and urge anyone looking for a hotel to keep looking. It was dirty and our smoke free room stunk of cigarettes. I woke up with bites all over my body such as bed bugs. The hair dryer did not work in my room and they could not provide another so I left for reservations with wet hair. The worst part was that I had a family emergency and had to leave 1 hour into our 2nd night(tried to find another hotel for night 2 but were all booked and stuck here) and the manager, Michelle, would not budge on refunding my money not even a partial refund was considered. I will be reporting this to the BBB. I would encourage everyone to avoid this hotel.
Our stay was a comedy of errors and dust that I never care to repeat. Including having another couple walk into our room while we were in it. Keep looking for somewhere else to stay this place needs a thorough cleaning and repairs to nearly every room.
Bath tub was not cleaned. Room was nice other wise. Liked the balcony. The morning lady that mad the breakfast was rude and had an attitude.
My girlfriend and I have stayed here twice. We liked the location, hotel and the pool/hot tub until the second time when the hot tub gave us what we think are chemical burns most likely because of improper chemical balances. We were both blotchy red, itchy and burning after being in the hot tub for just a few minutes. There were a few other people in the pool area that soon after said they got out because of the same reason. Not fun to say but my testicles burned so bad I had to rush to the shower. Even then we burned and itched for the duration of our stay and I still itch right now after several days. When we brought it up to the front desk at check out she asked me to write down my number and name and the manager would call me on Monday. It’s now Monday at 10:20 pm and I haven’t heard a thing. Pretty disappointed and will caution you to not go to this hotel. Because if something wrong happens I don’t have confidence in staff or management to make it right. Time will tell if I consider further action.
Good room for price. If you travel with pets be sure to have a kennel or carrier for them if you plan to leave your room. Indoor heated salt water pool is great also has hot tub and sauna
