I've been there for a year and have had good luck . Yes there were some slow weeks , mostly around the end and beginning of the year but you have to prepare for that because it's Trucking. But mostly they keep me busy and will run you the way that you want to be run . As long as I do what I am supposed to do they keep me preplanned and running . I plan on paying my truck off and continue running for them. They are a small and family oriented company and try to treat people with respect and give them the benefit of the doubt . They try to attract good drivers that might have less than perfect credit to get there own truck . I have been driving since 2004 and this is where I will choose to call home .
My boyfriend worked for this company for a little more than a month and they just about bankrupted him . The pay was not what they said it would be and he was barely bringing home $300 a week after all their expenses were taken out. They are condescending and treat their drivers like they are children. We were told the truck needed a mid check so when we took it in someone at rt&t told them to do a pm and we ended up having to pay more than $500 for something we didnt even authorize. When we finally had enough and returned their truck in the same condition that we recieved it in we were told we would have to wait 6 weeks before a final settlement. Now that the 6 weeks is over we see that we were screwed out of every penny we had in escrow and any pay that was due. Money was deducted for gas money we were reimbursed for to go to orientation and also for the hotel that they said they would pay for for the 3 day orientation . So be warned if you decide that this company isnt the right place for you that you will walk away broke and possibly even in debt to them . They definitely need to learn a few things about running a business and how to treat their employees.. the response from the owner is a bunch of bs lies . U cant make money with this company and they are as crooked as they come.

I WAS WITH RT&T FOR A YEAR AND SOME CHANGE.. I RAN INTO A PROBLEM I WAS LAID OFF AND TOLD BY STAFF ONCE THE ISSUE IS FIXED I CAN RETURN... HERE I AM TODAY 3/21/17... GOING BACK.. THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT COMMUNICATION.. AS FAR AS MAKING MONEY.. U GET WHAT U PUT IN.. I'VE MADE DAMMM GOOD PAY WITH THEM.. AND I MADE DAMM BAD PAY WITH THEM.. THEY LET U KNOW IN THE DOOR U HAVE TO MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE FOR WORK... THEY DON'T FROWN ON U WHAT THE TIME U TAKE OFF.. BUT THEY WILL TELL U THAT UR HURTING YOURSELF WITH THAT TIME.. IF UR LOOKING FOR A GET RICH PLACE THIS IS NOT IT... BUT IF UR LOOKING FOR STEADY WORK, WANNA KEEP MOVING.. THEN THIS IS THE PLACE...
Overall bad experience!!! They try and use the old man as a selling point making you believe that they are a small time company, which they are with small time company values, which they lack!!! I have proof if anybody has any questions regarding post!!! They work you for pennies on the dollar like Amy other lease purchase bullshit deal out there!!! They ate definitely not the exception!!! Oh and the truck prices... Hahahahaha!!! Outrageously over priced!!! The truck I took for a very short period of time was priced out the door after all the stupid fees at a whopping $50,000.00 give or take a few dollars when in reality it was only worth about $15,000.00. Watch yourselves guys!!! This company is definitely not worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
